How to Report an Issue

When contacting us, please include the following information (if available) to help us diagnose the issue:

  • Plugin Version: Which version is installed?
  • System Details: Your operating system (e.g., macOS Sonoma, Windows 11) and your DAW (e.g., Ableton Live 12, Logic Pro, FL Studio).
  • Description of the Problem: What exactly is happening? Is the issue recurring?
  • Steps to Reproduce: A brief explanation of the steps that lead to the bug.
  • Crash Reports: If the plugin caused your DAW to crash and a crash report was generated, please attach the report to your email.
  • Screenshots/Videos: If applicable, visual aids are very helpful.
